Fix Compiler warnings

Unused-parameter warning in lamda function [here](https://github.com/delta/codecharacter-simulator-2020/blob/5af3fa6b3fb76a1f5324de71ac41f1299ade70d6/src/state/src/player_state.cpp#L214)

On a related note, overriding implicit copy constructor of player_state Tower and Bot shows up as a warning in transfer_state::vectorToArray method
