Being that the majority of the site content is plain, moderately formatted textual information with hyperlinks, it is amenable to implementation as a GOPHER site.

This will improve ease of access to users with vision and attention impairments, allow the full content of the site to be published in a form accessible by 1980s technology, and generally improve the user experience at little cost to development resources.
