Please add tagger model "cl_tagger" #169

Firstly, congratulations on the Imgutils project.
I'm learning a lot of things about Python, and the resources it offers practically open up a range of possibilities for what to use.
If possible,Please add support for the imgutils tagging for model Cl_Tagger,
it is a model.onnx model with tag_mapping.json, currently tags and anime database are more updated with more recent animes "2025",
I would appreciate it, thanks for the, Imgutils
