Some suggestions and improvements #24

Hi there. I wanted to point out some issues with the current builds of DECTalk. Would it be possible to revert the text processing to the way it was in versions like, say, 4.51 or 4.60? What I mean is that when reading word per word, I’ve noticed that certain words are not emphasized like they used to be. Maybe this could be reverted back with the text parser? For instance, the words, on, of, am, in, an, am, I’m, or, nor, but, with, from, and maybe there are other words as well. What happens right now is that it does not seem to put emphasis on them at all.

Also, the voices don’t quite sound right, and I know this has happened throughout all the different versions of DECTalk, but would it be possible to revert to these definitions? I actually took these from the Manual. Also, related to the voice Roms, would it be possible to improve them with the roms of any of these versions, like 3.0, 4.0, 4.1, or 4.61, 4.62, or 4.64? I feel like it could probably make the accent sound a little bit better. Also, would it be possible to adjust the way that phonemes blend with one another similar to the versions from digital? I noticed that the way some phonemes land and transition makes this version much different. It's especially noticeable when making it sing. As I said, here are the parameter definitions for each voice.
