Default to SQLite for SimpleTest DB

I make the following change to each project's .ddev/config.yaml.

web_environment:
    - SIMPLETEST_DB=sqlite://sites/default/files/.ht.sqlite

It might be helpful to have this value by default.

sqlite is easier to setup, but thats a moot issue for this project - ddev and this project setup mysql for you. so i'm struggling to see a benefit for doing this.
