Configurable pattern for tracked commits

Currently tracked commits functionality works for Version One.
They should work for Jira, Github and others.
The matching pattern should be configurable by the end user.
One step further, when a user runs the software for the first time, she would be asked which issue tracker she is using without being required to know reg ex
