Support for tag value completion

I wish I could type, say, @priority(, then do OmniComplete to cycle through a list of existing values for that tag.

Just add an auto-completion plugin. I use AutoComplPop and it will do that after that text exists in the current file. So then you could type in the key-words at the bottom of the file.
