angular 1.2 reported to be incompatible

Andrew Bone reported that angular 1.2.6 was not working with angular-table. Need to reproduce this and if an issue then fix.

That would explain the issues i was having start of the week, with angular-table, in the end I created my own custom table directive!

I whipped up a temporary fix that should get folks by while @davidjnelson works on 1.1

For those using bower you can use @marknutter's repository for now:
