[e2e testing] Test pulsar-transformation against a packaged Pulsar verison

The purpose of this task is to verify that all transforms work as expected in a packaged Pulsar distribution:

• The happy case scenarios should suffice as a starting point
• All transforms should be exercised
• Should probably be fallout tests
• Integrate with existing CI/CD pipelines - ideally should work after the nar file is generated but before the Pulsar image is released
