Examples not showing up at authoring.datacamp.com #174
Description
Maybe I'm missing something but it looks like a lot of examples, such as https://github.com/datacamp/authoring/tree/0463e927b8d722efec730419d2d5829fc53eb800/docs/courses/exercises/examples/md/sql, are not showing up at authoring.datacamp.com. I was having trouble getting a SQL MultipleChoiceExercise working and tracked this down but it would be helpful if it was instructor visible.
