Possibility of adding a new catalog format to STRchive #280

Hello,

Thanks for all your work on this wonderful resource. I currently develop the STRkit STR calling tool (see my preprint here), and I saw that recently STRchive gained the ability to show catalogs/loci lists in many different formats for download.

I know there are a number of callers already present, but I am wondering if you are accepting contributions for other formats? I've documented my STR catalog format and I recently added the ability to attach specific IDs to a locus, which I think rounds out my format a bit for use with pathogenic loci. In terms of motif format, I accept IUPAC bases for pattern-matching multiple motifs, but I could also add support for multiple valid motifs that would internally be normalized to an IUPAC code.

I'm also flexible on adding additional features to the catalog format, if there are additional locus properties that would make sense to include in the catalog (and downstream, in STRkit's VCF output or to be used for future analysis functionality).
