something strange is happening that occasionally prevents workflow saving, prevents queue from being run, and an f5/refresh at this point returns all the nodes to a previous state.

I now think this is the result of leaving browser open and changing settings while server is rebooting. Tentatively Closing.

I will try to get reproducible steps. So far I only know it happens exclusively after generation.
