Make sure to pay attention to the spec sections which mention 'frameExpansion' flag

While we don't yet implement the Json-LD 1.1 extension "Framing" API (https://www.w3.org/TR/json-ld11-framing/) there are a few places in the parts that we have implemented that mention doing something different if the 'frameExpansion' flag is set. We should make sure to deal with that correctly when necessary.
