The company user only need their username(cid) to request a password reset link.
The reset link will be sent to the email address they submit when they register the site. And the email address need to be partly cencored(部份要打碼), so as to prevent brute-force getting the email addresses.
If the email address is not own by the company user any more, ask them to contact us directly.
