Add Windows distribution builds on PyPi

Currently, pip install daily-python is not working on the Windows machine. Upon some research, I realised that distribution builds are missing for Windows.

I am just wondering if there is any plan to add support for it?

Unfortunately, we currently only support Linux (x86_64, aardch64) and macOS (x86_64, aardch64). But we might support Windows in the future.

Hi @pruthvi145 . In case you might find it useful, we have a user that has successfully used daily-python on Windows using WSL (https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/wsl/).
