Install claude-code-log without uvx but `install.sh`

Brilliant repo!

It'd be handier if user doesn't need to have python and uvx in the system, just copy-past install script and done with config stored in the OS.

Oh, interesting, had a look and did I understand right that the script is basically checking if the OS / arch is supported, if the runtime is installed, and finally makes sure that the library is installed / up-to-date and symlinked, right?

Exactly. Installing it doesn't delete local config, uninstalling yes.

Extra: I use release-it https://github.com/guillempuche/appicons/blob/main/.release-it.json, it's very handy, but it's for TS.
