Table Headers not showing on Windows

Platform: Windows only (Windows 7 and Windows 10), works on Linux Ubuntu
Issue: Table Headers not showing
Example: Snippet38.d

This was fixed in c47d688. But the fix caused other issues, see #61. It should probably be set just for the snippets.
