Improve GUI responsiveness

The current streamlit GUI is rendering too often and thus performance sucks...

Some ideas:

• add threading (?)
• precompute some common region selections (EU28, China, ...) maybe in conjunction with caching
• joblib processing parallelisation
• prevent unnecessary streamlet-folium redraws and keep zoom level (if possible with current selection)
