Investigate how to implement overlapping tiles

We currently do not use overlapping tiles. This might lead to a less dead tree detections since the fetch of the model on the edges is not sufficient.

Action items:

• check with other segmentation repositories for strategies on tiling and mosaicing with overlap
• investigate strategies of consolidating our discrete values in the overlapping regions
