Bump dependencies #67
Description
In the coming week we should consider bumping some of the core libraries to their most recent versions.
Libraries (careful checking required):
- webdataset: Wait for version v2, https://github.com/webdataset/webdataset/milestone/2, currently frozen to an outdated version due to API changes
- segmentation_models.pytorch: Update to latest version (hopefully this includes the UNet variants currently copied into our repo from a PR, EfficientUNet++, ResUnet and ResUnet++ qubvel-org/segmentation_models.pytorch#425)
- pytorch-lightning: Bump to v1.5 or even better the yet to the released v1.6 right away (to catch any upcoming API changes early)
- pytorch: Bump to v1.10 (because why not)
