Not getting the same number of events for a set of users with different attribution_ids

To reproduce:

1. Select all data with attribution_id=FB_Bangla_App_9_2021_deeplink_reopen_test and app_id=com.eduapp4syria.feedthemonsterBangla.
2. You should get 4 users.
3. All 4 of those uses will also have events when you select data with attribution_id=FB_Bangla_App_9_2021_deeplink_test (by construction).
4. However, you get a different number of events for those four users in both queries. The query in step 1 gives you more events.
