Dataviewer creation flow on errors is confusing. #83
Description
Server Version: Master
Steps to Reproduce:
- Click add node
- type "abc def"
- hit enter
Expected Behavior: node fails and ui does not refresh. There should be an easy way to cancel the create as well
Actual Behavior: The ui changes as if you successfully added a node, and its very hard to cancel the create.
