Make webapp work on mobile browsers

iOS issues:
- [ ] clicking on chat textbox makes it zoom in, distorting the view and making app appear broken

all mobile devices:
- [ ] google-youtube polymer component does not work properly. the video seems to be seeking at all times. it seems like the play functionality is broken
