Display empty list when new entity and still editable even the form is read-only or disabled #7
Description
When the master entity is new and not saved yet, the association table should show up the list, just no event associated.
When the master entity is inactive, or form is in ready only or disable mode whatever the reason, the Toggle control checkbox should be disabled.
