will not compile on node 4

fails on node-pre-gyp install --fallback-to-build
trying to install on a raspberry pi running raspian.
looked through the npm install log but did not see any obvious reason for the error. nothing obvious.

it installs correctly under 0.12.7 of node.... so may be a 4.0.0 .... mapbox/node-pre-gyp#173

The V8 APIs changed a lot between node 0.12.x and 4.0.0. There is an effort to update everything at #7

This issue has now been resolved in the master branch. All we need is for @creationix to cut a release. 💐

I noticed that last night, and posted this issue, since it appears that node-pre-gyp's own Appveyor build is failing for the same reason: mapbox/node-pre-gyp#209

The new code is strictly better right? I don't see any regressions.

The new code works very well, I;ve been using it a lot. The pre-compiled build will be available on all of the most common releases of Node on OSX, and all of them on Windows except the LTS 4.4.3 on 32-bit systems. IMO it's better enough to release now.

That said, it is highly desirable to have the LTS work on 32-bit Windows. Hopefully the node-pre-gyp committers can look into why their own test suit is failing, and we can just pickup the upsteam fixes when they make them.

@deadprogram I think I published a new version. There were merge conflicts in the publish script, but I think I resolved them correctly. Can you check that things look as they should?

@creationix the Travis build script output looked good... until I realized it had only built for node 0.10

We're missing a few entries in the build matrix there so OSX & Linux users can get the recompiled binaries for all the latest Node versions.

@deadprogram hmm, the s3 namespace for publishing doesn't seem to include the arch and node version and only the npm version (thus they are conflicting)
