The .zip gives a folder-tree with a ninja-skilled typo :
/owncloud-bootstrap-master/themes/bootcloud/

and, as we read on readme.md, the theme's name is bootscloud

1 full hour sorting this out :/

And by the way, your theme do the job perfectly, now ^^
