there are some dead link in generated chm file

I use make_chm.php and find if "href" and "title" don't match, the chm file will leave some dead link in it,
for example:
a href="as_operator.html" title="cpp/language/copy assignment">Copy assignment operator
a href="move_operator.html" title="cpp/language/move assignment">Move assignment operator

when I want see "Copy assignment operator" from Classes, the chm arise error of "This page can’t be displayed"
