i am getting this error while executing in my windows 10 ,
if i remove the react-native-quick-base64 package then project is running fine

move the project from one directory to other such that it should be closer to you windows
like C:\Users\user\place_your_project.... it worked for me.

I need to rebuild for a dozen times because of this. Though it might be a long stretch, clearing out the build files (android/.cxx, android/build) -> run ./gradlew clean -> build worked for me.
