Create a workflow to automatically push generated contents to Substack including tables

Substack doesn't natively support copying and pasting markdown files, especially tables.
HTML rendering results can work (not the HTML source code itself), but the tables don't render correctly either.
Currently, tables are manually uploaded as image files instead on Substack editor.
