Remove cosmology namespace #105
Description
I propose we remove the __cosmology_namespace__ protocol from the standard.
It is common practice to pass a cosmology object around; there is no prior art where the cosmology object is obtained from another object. We should remove this complication unless it becomes clear that it fills a need.
