Fixing BBOB-MASTER-THESIS-2013?

Hi,

I briefly talked with @kerschke about potential open issues with the BBOB-MASTER-THESIS-2013 scenario.
He said that it is still an open issue how to aggregate multiple repeated measurements of a fixed algorithm on a fixed instance. I thought we agreed already that we can simply use the mean for this aggregation!?

@berndbischl Do you know whether this is the only open issue?
