Order in cl-conspack.asd

Hello,
the function number-p is used in secure.lisp which is loaded before headers.lisp where it is declared inline.  SBCL complains about it.  As much as I see this can be cured by moving the line with "headers" in front of the line with "secure" in the .asd-file.
