Issues with LD and ST pipelines, and general question about operation encoding

Hello LD/ST/BR implementers:

• Right now, operations belong to LD and ST does not have corresponding mappers initialized, so the dumped results for the corresponding stages are all zeros. This includes but is not limited to agen, stw and rdw. cmpz and cmp also do not have the correct pipe() implementations yet. I can technically create a pull request but I feel that it's better if you guys can make the change.
• I am wondering what the encoding for agen and stw will be; we previously know that the instruction sdjki has an "F" of 0xF, and sdjki can be broken down into agen and stw; so I'm wondering what the "F" should be for agen and stw. (Sorry if this is a stupid question)

I have added the missing changes to stw, rdw. The operations cmpz, cmp, agen are are FX operations. I think FX team should fix these.

The question on sdjki is completely valid. Professor asked to pick an opcode not covered by other operations for one of the sub instructions.
