Should not show times as local times

Steps to reproduce

1. Put in times as an owner
2. Try to reserve a slot
3. See error

What is the current bug behavior?
The times will show up as local times from a UTC timestamp. If shop opens at 14:00 UTC and I'm using UTC+1 as timezone for myself, it will look like I can only reserve a spot from 15:00.

What is the expected correct behavior?
If the owner puts in 14:00, it should always have 14:00 as time showing up.
