Additional apt repository required for libsdl2 version Dependency on Ubuntu 22.04

Ubuntu 22.04 x86_64

The Problem

After following listed instructions, apt installation for the downloaded debian package fails with the following error:

flex-launcher : Depends: libsdl2-2.0-0 (>= 2.0.14) but 2.0.10+dfsg1-3 is to be installed

The Fix

Prior listed installation procedure in the README, run the following:

    sudo add-apt-repository ppa:savoury1/multimedia

Then run the listed installation in the README
