[Feature Request] GUI Element That Displays The Selected Entry Title

Right off the top, I want to say thank you for this project. This is exactly what I was looking for for my new HTPC. I have been using the Windows development build, and it has been great so far.

One addition I would suggest would be a GUI element that displays the entry title of the currently highlighted item. I use Big Launcher to launch Playnite and Launchbox for games and emulators. And while I know their icons by heart, my wife doesn't. Having a GUI element that displays the name of what is currently selected would make the UI more navigable for friends... and my wife.

This is planned for the future. As I wrote in the README, I'm basically just copying the Roku UI. There will be a widget in the top right of the screen that displays the current time and the title of the selected item.
