Alright, but since dotparse now depends on the latest containers release we have to keep the boundary until we move to ghc-9.14.

That was me making sure I picked up the containers change and actually tested it, and then forgetting to switch back. Relaxed lower bound in hackage via revision. containers >=0.6 && <0.9.
