CLI parameter to query ALM systems in commercial plugins does not work #7

Current Behavior
username given in command line with parameter "user" for use in commercial plugins to query ALM systems does not work
Expected Behavior
given username in command line should be used in combination with the password to be able to query the ALM system to parse the issues given in the commit messages in the git changes for creating a new delivery
Steps To Reproduce
- Use either windows or linux jlink version with proper configured projectconfig
- run ReleaseFab.bat/ReleaseFab_Standalone.bat resp. ReleaseFab.sh/ReleaseFab_Standalone.sh with "-cli" and all other required parameters to create a delivery with "user" and "pw"
