Track waveforms

Need to look at how waveforms are handled on other platforms (SoundCloud, Freesound.org, voice messages on Discord), see what would be a good fit to use for us. Would need to be something that can have points omitted easily for view on smaller devices.

• Research extracting peaks from audio (probably ffmpeg)
• Research frontend solutions

if you've already gotten the peaks from ffmpeg et al wavesurfer.js seems to be a decent frontend solution
