404 on Add A Registration button from event admin

Just attempted to click the Add a Registration button on the Geo:Code 2.0 admin page, and I got a Page Not Found error. Haven't yet tried to reproduce this on localhost; hopefully I'll have time to look later today.

Looked at the code and refreshed my memory, at this point that is an unimplemented feature. Would it be something you'd find useful?

Possibly. Curiosity spurred by #96 drove me to click that button, wondering if that would provide a way to RSVP a user without having that user go through the signin process.

I think it would be useful. I think most of the work would be to create a placeholder user.

TBH I'd still like to outsource registration/data collection. Haven't researched lately with other services with which we could integrate.
