[Idea] Clone Windows

# Description

Idea is to right-click a user and select "Track..." and create a dedicated window per user.

- TrackedPlayer per Window, fixed
- Code to create and track these Windows from Core (table with player as key, and created mainframe as value to call its events - wrap into new table)
- Delegate calls to tracked window or use main window
- Requires code refactor
