Using Figma, create a design mockup for the app. This design should have the ability to be built upon and will end up being the main design for the entire project.
Please link the Figma doc as soon as possible so a discussion can be started.
NOTE: This ticket will not result in a pull request. It will be closed when a design has been accepted by the development team.
