UI broke after an extension was updated

Describe the bug
UI displays a blank page, when an extension is opened.
Later, I clicked on the "Update" button and now every time I click on that same extension, UI shows a blank page.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to an existing Postgres extension
2. Click on 'Update'
3. Open the same extension.
4. UI shows a blank page.

Expected behavior
I should be able to see the same extension.
