[Manual testing] Test that the forms load correctly in the mobile apps

Prerequisites:

• demo forms to be inserted in the db
• please request a test account from @aniri on slack

To check:

• the correct version of the forms is loaded after the first install of the app (check app logs for the form version that was requested and received)
• the correct data for each for is loaded and displayed in the app
• the correct questions are displayed in each form
• when the form version is updated in the backend, the new details and questions should be automatically received by the apps

Best practices for reporting new issues:

• add the [Bug] prefix in the title
• clearly mention the steps to reproduce the bugs and the expected behaviour
