Improvement: add menu to exclude files #27
Description
In many of my projects I use FodyWeavers which leaves a FodyWeavers.xml file in the project. When I create a WinForms Control library and package it to be used in a WinForm application I usually already have this FodyWeavers.xml present there. It would be useful to be able to exclude it from the nuget package.
I tried excluding it manually in the package.nuspec file but no luck. Sometimes NuPack didn't even create a .nupkg when I added other nodes. Is there a log file I can look into?
