location of executable

I'd suggest the executable should go in /usr/local/bin or /usr/local/sbin . On a Debian system /bin, /usr/bin etc should be left to the package manager. Not a big deal, just thought I'd mention it!

My logic for putting the files there is based on the fact that if you create your own overlays they would go into /lib/firmware therefore anything relating to changing the system operation should probably go in a directory off of / (root). This may not be the best logic and I am always open to suggestions, so I will give this some thought. At least this is a gray area since anything that has to do with udev is system related. Thanks for you suggestion.
