Create new markdown file to explain what GPS and MAP are

The file should go into this folder: https://github.com/cmasuki/open-code/tree/master/Code/Gait_profile_score
The purpose of this file is not to explain the Python code that calculates GPS and MAP (this already exists), but to give an overview of what these scores mean.

We do our writing in Markdown, and we welcome the use of emojis 😃

I've created a pull request for this, plus some other stuff. There was a message about a conflict for the GPS folder. Hopefully this won't cause a major problem!
