As per #642
It would be great to be able to disable unused services to free up RAM.
Running "systemctl stop php7.2-fpm" for the ones I don't need freed up 320MB of RAM, which is a lot when you are using small VPS servers.
Can we simple disable the server in the CLI, or does this break things?
