[partytracks] Device selection doesn't work on chromium

At least for microphone devices, the device isn't updated (i guess observable chain isn't firing) on chromium (Chrome, Arc, etc...). On Safari it works as expected.

I can reproduce this both locally with the partytracks package and I can also observe the same behavior on the Orange Meets demo.

To reproduce, try to change the device and the drop down won't update.

Debugging with gpt-5, I get this:

Force exact device selection when reacquiring, and drop the invalid groupId constraint
Edit packages/cf-realtime/src/partytracks/client/resilientTrack$.ts to request the exact device. Right now you pass the raw deviceId (treated as “ideal” on some UAs) and include groupId (not a valid constraint), so the browser can keep using the current/default device.
Replace the getUserMedia call in acquireTrack:
