Deploy workflow broken, always gets caught in an infinite loop

It looks like the deploy button workflow is broken.

When I click on any Deploy To Workers button, it first asks me to authorize the application with GitLab. I go to GitHub to authorize it, and once that's done, it redirects me to the generic deploy.workers.cloudflare.com instead of taking me to the next step. I can go and try the deploy button again, but then clicking "Authorize Workers" immediately redirects me back to the deploy home page again.

Things I've tried:

• clearing cache
• incognito mode
• different browsers (Firefox, Chrome, Safari)
• removing authorization for the app on GitHub and running the authorization flow again

No messages appear in the console when this failure occurs.
